If you are moving out of Oakville, please let us know that you wish to discontinue your electricity service. We will arrange a final meter reading and ask you where to send your final bill. Upon request, we can also provide you with a letter of reference for your next electricity supplier.

How much advance notice do you need to open or close an account?

If you are a new customer or are moving within Oakville, an application for service must be completed five (5) business days prior to your closing/lease date to avoid possible power disruption.

If you are moving out, we require at least five (5) business days notice.
